Oops! I think I cooked something on the power driver board on my Scared Stiff. I was replacing the C906 flashers in the "claw and ball" locations, and inadvertently installed a 13vDC flasher in one of the locations that requires (I think) a 13vAC flasher. I assume this is what did it as all of the claw and ball lights were working perfectly with the incandescent bulbs, and then I plugged in the 13vAC LED flasher. The machine continued to work fine until I accidently plugged the DC-based flasher in the next location. It pulsed a couple of times and then the whole string went out.
I tested the fuses that are near where the flashers plug into the power driver board, and all are good. I don't have a test fixture, so I'm not too sure where to go from here. I'm competent with a soldering iron, and have done some board work before, but I'm not sure how to troubleshoot this further to determine what part(s) need to be replaced on the board.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
