Hi after cleaning the playfield and not using the machine for about 6 months. When ever I tap or hit the flippers the single digits go up in score. I have checked all the switches and for the life of me cant locate the issue HELP !!

There is likely a switch that is triggering due to vibration. Go into switch test mode, shake the game, and see what switch number is displayed. That should help narrow down which switch is being triggered so you can adjust it to not be quite so sensitive.

If shaking doesn’t work, you can try banging on the playfield with your fist to try to find the too closely gapped switch.
