Pinball Brothers new Ripley Pin being announced, but more important for us LV and SV owners all the cool mods from Lior.

The BAD ass topper will work with the LV as I was just told. I assume it will work with the SV as well.

I did these mods myself but ended up selling my game. 2d translite with various back panels, apron cover, launch and start buttons in Aliens font, coin rejects, lit flipper buttons, backlit egg for coin door, custom cabinet art and black ripple(y!) powdercoating, extra venting for headbox pc, scared stiff flipper bats painted mettalic black, sentry gun models, black mirror blades and a few other things. I got a main display going which I was going to mount in the apron or even do a full insert into playfield but never got around to it. Also a custom backlit backboard.

Half thinking of rejoining the club with the new code and Ripley there now.

Great movies, great game, great support from manufacturer.

I carved a master in wax and had it cast in silver because the round magnet at the end of the rod was just screaming for it. It also covers the edge of the magnet preventing the magnet from chipping. I hot glued it on in my machine in june of 2022 and it hasn't popped off yet. It fits with both the SV and LV. Will do…Haven’t had a chance to look but they all sound awesome! I’ll go back and do some homework. Not sure how the Ripley version might differ, and or what will be staying the same… Was so damned impressed with the topper adding I’ve been following the folks who are making the topper, and know they are going to do everything they can to make it awesome and from the pics it already feels like its there… given this is the third licence feels like its all candy from here with all of the bugs sorted out in the last version this feels like a definite winner! I played an original Alien a few years back and thought and was going to buy one but ended up buying a new pool heater…kids wont swim unless the water is 80+

Looking forward to reading through the thread…I know exactly where this one is going….AFMR is going on the new wall with the PF when it arrives….what a hobby…

Thanks! When you click on one of the metal options the price will populate. Like the shooter rods that say they're out of stock, they're made to order. I have to see if Joe can change that on the site.

Topper is sick. I bought his other items as well. I love Lior's work. He did a sick Jurassic park Trex to replace sterns shitty one.

I got lucky and got the Alien LV 003 and never had one issue. You are good to go.. Let's party.

I bought the silver mini jaw for the Xeno tongue magnet, and it rules. I used Liver of Sulpher to tarnish it black, then used an eraser to polish the teeth back to shiny silver. It rules. I don’t have pics, but it rules. Trust me.

Mezel mods is inquiring about the PB flashers on the flat truss plastics... they might incorporate the flashers into their 3D trusses mod, but would require some rework of their mod. Please help to encourage them to do so. That would look awesome and the best of both worlds.

I purchased this on eBay from a random seller. If you just search konami figures, you'll come up with a whole slew of them.
This was originally part of a set but people are splitting them up and you can find them for 40 to $45 online. The piece is only about 4 inches tall but loaded with detail. I have yet to decide on placement.

If I could find some micro beacons. Maybe in a hot wheel scale, someone makes them for emergency vehicles? I just don't want to put a blinky led up there, that's just me.

Could use the existing beacon on that loader. Something like this might work. Just not really sure of scale.

I added some hydraulic lines and weathered this piece before placement, just double face tape for now, easily removed If I wanna dink with the strobe some day.
This piece is packed with detail and has good paint right out of the box but the material is brittle and I question the longevity of this inside the machine.
