I know the title changed but this still feels like the "LE" club.
I'm in for an SE with EL lighting and the 27" monitor. I wanted the basic black cab to be kind of "future proof" for any future kits.
Game looks great....now if only the production would ramp up. Every time I see pics of the factory it looks like a big factory with 5 people working in it. A little worrisome.

I agree.....but what is "on time" on a game that is over two years in the making? Seems like the sales are there, and it seems like the more they ship the more people will likely jump on board. But pics of a nearly empty warehouse and games trickling out are not inspiring (And I do have a deposit direct with Highway). They have a lot going in their favor (already shipped a game and Alien is an even better theme) but lack of production is getting a little unnerving.

That appears to be the current big if.....mostly on the "parts" end. Otherwise they should be cranking them out on a fairly regular basis.

It's an LE without the special artwork i guess...
Unless I've missed something fiber optics is one of the holdups on the LE. They've never been shown.

Some people don't care about all the "bells and whistles" and others LOVE them. To each their own.
Personally I don't really care about the fiber optics (but I did by the optional EL lit side panels)....which is why it's great to have options.

Also noted is that there is a small discrepancy in the price ($40 difference). While not a big deal, the website and the information being passed to customers needs to be consistent.
To be doubly fair that's not PDI glass that's listed on the website.

But only as an "add-on" with purchasing a game. You can't just buy a sheet for $250.

A refund for $40 and the other anti-glare glass they offer.
If you're still it at this point I'd suggest waiting it out. This game is incredible. The more I learn the better I like it...and I liked it a lot from game #1.
