So am I reading this correctly? The man who is so very passionate, all-in, 24x7 focused on making Heighway pinball successful incorporates a new company for hydrofoil transportation in September of last year? Seems rather prescient of him doesn't it?

I'm guessing this is in response to my post. If not, ignore. If it is, my point was that this was back in September. There is no way he would have been under a non-compete with the new investors given that it is now June and the paperwork isn't even complete. It would be interesting to see all the posts Andrew made in the main Heighway Pinball thread after September.

Here is my advice...handed down from generations of Johnsons .When it comes to matters of money and how to spend or invest it, never give advice!

Although it would seem you have at worst, a 50/50 chance of giving the right advice, somehow the universe conspires against us. Of course, even if you are right most of the time, the 10% you're wrong completely overshadows the 90% you're right.

My advice (also handed down from generation to generation) is "go with your gut".
