Quoted from rotordave:Wait till Heighway announce they have the Predator license ....
Wink wink

Does a cuzzy bro have some inside info?
Apologies if it has been asked before but with the LCD screens will there be the possibility of clips from the films at all?
Quoted from HeighwayPinball:As the UK Pinball Party is fast approaching this weekend, we wanted to give an update.
This will not be the global launch for Alien Pinball as the game is not ready yet. Up till last week, we were hoping to show a flipping whitewood - but suppliers have let us down and the whitewood won't be ready now until next week.
However, we are still looking to reveal some aspects of the game this weekend. Whether these are public reveals, or 'closed room' reveals, will be made clearer either just before, or at, the event and are dependent on our licensor's wishes.
We apologise if this disappoints some people - the game's development is moving forwards very nicely, but we are still restricted as to what we can/can't show by our licensor and we must respect their wishes. Delays in approvals causes delays in development.
Realistically, we are targeting UK and USA events in October as launch events.
Understandable Andrew, things take time.
Looking forward to when you guys can reveal details

Quoted from Ferret:A few random comments...
Wow, you sound really passionate about your work, I love it!
Really looking forward to seeing the fruits of your labour, I have a feeling it's gonna be epic
Quoted from Pincycle:I am going tomorrow with the Proto Alien Pinball to Freddy's Pinball Paradise in Germany.
So I have done an initial rule sheet in which you are maybe also interested (in English).

Quoted from ledge:no need for a distro in australia, if you are shipping direct to customers yes ?
There are enough of us to warrant a local distributor when it comes to after sales service etc.
Hopefully the machinations will be finalised soonish and we get a local contact to liaise with directly
We're all fans and think this could be a damn fine pin!
So cool... !!
The bad news? The 9kg gun costs $US1200. But, they have payment plans, which is nice.

Quoted from ultimategameroom:As previously stated, I ordered my LE last week and am cautiously excited , as this is looking to be one of the best additions to my gameroom since I started collecting back in the mid 90's.
Nice one mate, what number did you get?
Quoted from StylesBitchly:Why the F**K would you spend $550.00 on a 27" commercial LCD for home use only? This is why there is a display on the playfield right where you eyes are. The purpose of a backbox display is to attract attention in a public venue. I can think of better ways to spend that money.
So don't, WTF?
Quoted from spfxted:me...back in the day
...back to Alien...
Not so little Ted Corvette...
Quoted from libtech:Finished customizing my Alien, beacons check, powder coated check, my idea was have it be a colour that looked black in most light but green in direct light, but had some silver flecks to give it a spacey feel lol, I like it
That looks freaken awesome mate!
Congrats, great colour (color) choice
Quoted from Leveeger:Hi Guys,
Got the chance to test all latest pins this week-end at the French Pin convension "Bourgogne Game Show" (BGS) close to Dijon.
First time trying them: SW pro, SW LE, DI LE & Alien preproduction...
I was not at ease with pf expected tracks of the ball, which make the game difficult for a first trial. But compaired to Stern, there is material on the pf (much more in fact...)... Components seems to be good quality (as much as DI LE)...
On another hand, no info regarding the code version tried...
My conclusion, the game is interesting and stick well to the thema.

Eric
Merci mate!
