Alien (Heighway Pinball)
Heighway Pinball, 2017I just got to play Full Throttle for the first time.
And I have to say wow! I really enjoyed it. Played so fast and smooth, especially for a widebody.
The FT is at 8-bit arcade in Renton, Wa and has the large lcd in the backbox, looks awesome.
I'll definitely be getting a FT kit after getting Alien.

It has to be. For many reasons. And I get the impression it is meant to be above and beyond by the Heighway group as they wish to do the Alien franchise justice by designing an outstanding experience. They in every way articulated their passion for the theme publicly. I would be surprised if they fail to deliver as the importance in establishing their role in the business is pointed towards this particular theme's success. It's their first foray into a licensed build, their second table, a lot riding on this one.

You must be in your 20s? I know as I'm getting older, that I'm finding that many women that are in their 40s are now looking pretty damn good.

If a women has taken care of herself then 48 is a great age, I've seen many 50+ women that are simply stunning, also they know what they want and take it, also stunning, loved mature women when I was a young man and still do today.

Why does anyone care about this thread going off topic when there is no news to report anyway regarding Aliens, i'm thankfull for it as at least it keeps it on the first page, christ if we only posted things relevant to the pin then there would nothing at all, these posts will be long forgotten once we see gameplay and real pics of the pin and toys etc. for now attractive mature women is a nice way to keep it alive so take this, all over 50.

Because this is the official Alien thread and every time there is new activity, we need to check if there is anything relevant. There is no "meaningless babe post warning" on the front page.
Isn't this what the cellar was supposed to be for? I hate to be a downer, and I have nothing against pictures of women 
but that is not why I am checking this thread.
Nothing I get to upset about, but I can surly see why someone would be. Just sayin'

Guys, please keep this thread sort-of on track. I'm not keeping up with this thread at all, as I'm too broke to even think about buying a new pin for eternity, but based purely on the amount of reporting we're getting on this thread alone many people are upset about the excess of off-topic posts. This always happens when a pin is delayed or there is no news for awhile, but please play nice. Pretty please, with a facehugger on top.
Ok, I know.... Let's do it just like when someone comes with an idea to make an awesome mod for a determined machine, and everyone keeps posting "I'm interested", or "put me in the list"....
Now, that's annoying!!!!

You will know when the video drops, if you see 25 or even 50 new posts then it most likely isn't anything tangible, a video of Aliens flipping and this thread will be on fire, I want nothing more than to get back on track but theres nothing.

What are we, a bunch of 4 year old tattletales? I'll never understand why anybody would waste their time or mod's time whining about OT posts.
About 11.5k of the 12k posts in the GB thread are dupes and worthless OT posts. Must have a whole team of mods working that thread with all the complaining and moaning. 
All that said, this is another worthless post! I'm boring myself to tears right now. Need an update.
When Aurich was posting his informal updates it was kept pretty much on topic until the sniping knocked his end in.
Amazing all of the licenced Alien(s) tat that is out there and approval for one video takes so long. Hope it's worth it.

That is a good question.
How the hell does a licensor takes so long to approve something like this.
In advertising (my line of work), sometimes the projects have to pass through multiple layers inside a company to get approved. And even if it is a multinational company, where the project has to pass through the big guys somewhere in another country, we find that 2 weeks is a lot of time for it. So I wonder why something as insignificant to a licensor as a pinball machine can take so long..
