I wonder what shaker motor will work with the new Aliens. Pretty sure I read somewhere that it was prewired for a shaker. I know that some of the originals came with Red Tremors - not a fan of them in general but will get one if it is the only option.

Try sending an email to Pinball Brothers. I asked them about the shaker motor port on the remake and was told that they haven't tested any shaker motors yet and have no recommendations. Seemed like an odd response but pretty much everything about this release has been odd.

delt31 do you know what voltage the beacons operate at? I can do some poking around in the Backboard Extension Out connector w/ a multimeter once I receive mine. It looks like the beacons simply have a power/ground cable.

I assume the menus have an option to test the beacons - assuming beacons are still supported in the newest software. I'm not familiar enough with the original Aliens - what modes enable the beacons?
