Has anyone had the issue where two balls get locked in Frankie’s Lab ball lock 1 slot? It essentially brings the game to a stand still.

Has anyone managed to address this issue?

Another question: when I auto plunge the ball, sometimes it hits the left slingshot and doesn’t give me the opportunity for a skill shot. First thing I did was re-level the machine, which made it better, but is still not perfect. Second thing I did was increase the auto plunge coil power. Once again better but still happens. Any suggestions on how to fix this totally Would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hey all.

Ran into a bit of an issue with my Alice Cooper machine this evening. The machine continually fails to start up and is in a constant restart loop. One of the the phrases it keeps saying is “Started Getty on tty1”. It then goes to the loading screen, the loading bar populates and then it simply restarts.

I have a tourney tomorrow and need this machine up and running. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am hoping someone else has had a similar experience and knows how to fix it.

Hey All,

While I got the machine running again in the hours of this morn thanks to Coyote but now I am having an issue with the Guillotine. The fuse blew and now Frankie works but the Guillotine won’t. Tried the service menu but no no.

Any help would be great.

Now I can’t get Frank to work in the servo mode either. Fuze looks fine so I have no idea.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Uploaded the new code last night, and must have played at least 30 games. All in all, I feel the game has been revolutionized (feels like I am playing a brand new game). The memory issues have been addressed, the game mechanics, in my opinion, are operating more smoothly, it fixed my magnet issue, and the multiball issue I was encountering from the ball trough has been severely minimalized. Well done Fawzma and Spooky! The only glitch I am encountering is at the very end of the game where Alice is speaking and is then cut off by the music (this occurs after the final bonus count). Has anyone else encountered this? Perhaps this is a setting I have incorrect in my game? Looking forward to all your thoughts on this. Thank you.
