Opened box at freight dock. No dameage. When I set up game I noticed rails were rubbed pretty bad from the head. Loooked inside head and supports were broken. Looks like it was dropped but box was fine and styrofoam was fine. Looks like should be easy fix with new braces for head and some new head trim and maybe side armor. I’ll talk to distributor. Weird that there was no damage to box. Almost like it was dropped perfectly flat. One of those shock sensor things Jersey jack uses would help for this I would think.

Game plays great. No other issues.

Not a butter. It’s weird. Decals are perfect. Nothing damaged on Playfield. Everything looked perfect until I moved the head into position. Not sure how it could have happened.

These games need a tip and tell. Distributor says not sure Fede ex will cover it because I signed for it.

Not an Alice scooper fan but love the game. My 18yo son has never heard of him but plays all the time.

Let’s see if anyone else is having the same problem I am. When I hit a hard shot up the right ramp the ball hits the rubber ring at the top and comes back while the one way gate is still up. A reject. It has to be a perfect shot up the ramp to do this. I’ve tried bending the gate a little to make it a tighter squeeze to get through but it is still happening. Anyone else?

All is good. Spooky and Nitro took care of the damage. Sent new side rails and top and bottom parts of back box to replace the damaged areas.

Question for people with shakers. Are you getting any shaking effect? When I go into test mode my counterbalance weights will just rotate once slowly. I don’t seem to have any action from it at all during gameplay. Am I the only one, or is this just a code thing. Doesn’t seem like it’s getting enough power. Sometimes it won’t even respond at all in test mode.

My frank doesn’t raise during ball search either.

Installed new code yesterday. Have had Igor start before I get to him. Triggered crypt multiball with no ball locked. Went into ball search today on ball 2 when I had drained my last ball. 4 in trough. Not sure if anyone else having these issues or maybe I installed wrong.

2 layers of anti rattle tape fixed the glass rattle for me

I had an issue with broken back box and dented side rails out of box. It was handled quickly. Had new parts in a few days. Great customer service. Not to mention the game is awesome.
