Ok, I’ll ask. Any noticeable changes in the new code? How much are you enjoying the game?

I made final payment for #141 today. It’s been quite a wait and I’m so looking forward to finally having this in my house. How long should I now expect until delivery? Two weeks?
Quoted from DJNOEL30:If I could have got my deposit back a long time ago I probably would have backed out when the delays got out of control. I have been giving the game the best chance though and it does not disappoint on looks, sound and lights with the new code update. Even though TNA is an unforgiving game it's not too complicated for a beginner to figure out and have an enjoyable experience. ACNC loses its joy when you struggle to get those orbits just to get the mode started and so far the feedback on the game has been "Meh".. TNA and MonsterBash LE get all the play in my house and not so much with ACNC.. I've been putting on a handful of plays every day since I got it and I still have only been able to complete 3 monsters. I also have it at the easiest possible setting hahaha. The usual Pinsiders would probably say "play Pinball better" but I'm just not that heavy into game mastery, I am more interested in game enjoyment regardless of skill. I don't want to discourage you, you might find yourself loving the game for it's complexity..
I think I speak for many in saying I’m glad this game doesn’t play like Monster Bash.
Quoted from PBINTHESOUTH:Ugh.. not a good experience so far..
THE NEGATIVE:
I have pf exactly leveled top to bottom and pitched per rec 6.5 degrees..
On skill shot almost every time.. launches.. dumps to left flipper and bounces right into left scoop.. very annoying!
Rubber on flippers just seem much bouncier.. than on ALL the other games I've ever owned..
Balls just seem to want to go STDM!
So far I am getting almost nothing done.. maybe get to a monster.. make a few hits.. a random MB..game over!
Feels a lot like DI out of the box.. very difficult to collect more than one SIM card/game..
On a positive note.. game is beautiful.. well put together.. music and narration seem to be well integrated.. and Spooky and company are very nice people!
I think I understand some of your frustration. My game is at 6.8 and level across, but my plunge goes straight to the top of the left sling shot, making a skill shot impossible. And my left orbit goes around and exits from the right side all the way to the left flipper or straight down the middle, instead of to the right flipper. But besides these things, after turning the coil power up a few notches on the upper flipper, everything plays great.
I think Alice’s call outs sound excellent, despite all the early criticism, and the shots are not too tight, which I feared. I don’t find the ramps or loops any harder to hit than the ramps on IMDN.
Really fun game!
I could use a little help, here, and please keep in mind that I’m one of the least technical savvy people to ever own a pin.
At the start of each game, before a ball is plunged, the game immediately says “skill shot” and awards 2 million points. Then when I put a ball in play it immediately starts crypt multiball. And then as I play it out, the game often loses track of how many balls are in play.
I’m thinking it’s an opto issue in the crypt, but the switch tests fine and the opto just past the first drop target seems to be working properly (there’s only one opto in the crypt, right?). Any other ideas of what I should check?

Additionally, the ball won’t lock properly in the crypt (behind the first drop target) and the first drop won’t reset in the up position every time it’s supposed to. The coils and switches are all testing fine, but do I need to somehow adjust the opto behind the first drop target?
Is it necessary to remove the whole Playfield to get to it?
The game worked fine for about the first twenty games. Thanks.
Quoted from TakingupSpace:I'm officially in!!! Spot 362 (keeping it in Texas) and confirmed all my options today. I am so excited!!
I first played ACNC at TPF earlier this year and was unexpectedly a bit enamored with it. My initial exposure to Spooky pins had been as they were released, or probably even intro/prototypes at an earlier TPF, and they didn't grab me. Each time I played I thought....just....meh. I always hoped to put more time in on them to make a more knowledgable rating of them, but hadn't been able to (not many in the wild). But, when I stepped up to ACNC for the first time, not knowing at all what to do, I got 69 million, and loved it. I kind of recall someone from Spooky (sorry, I don't know who you were) stepping in while I was between the second and third ball and asking me if I was loving it and I actually said "Yeah, but it's kind of pissing me off because I'm not sure how the rules work yet.....but this is awesome." So it began. Since then I've just been watching it. Waiting. Choosing just the right time to pounce on the spousal approval wagon...and...patience has paid off.
It'll still be a bit before I can welcome this beauty in to the house and place it next to my Iron Maiden, but it'll be a good line-up when I do. Life is good!!
You are going to love owning it. You really have to earn a high score, and when you do, it’s so satisfying.... but not really. You’re just going to want to play another game... And another game...and another one.
I would love some help with properly adjusting the ball-lock switches in Frank. The switches will consistently stop working, so I will take off the glass and adjust the switches with my finger (I have a tool but have a tough time reaching these switches with the tool). Then the switches will work properly for a game or two. Then after a few games, the switches stop registering again. And as others have mentioned, the ball search does not lift Frank high enough to release the balls, so the only recourse is to stop the game and remove the glass and manually remove the balls. It's been extremely frustrating.
Is there some specific way I should bend these switches to make them more responsive? Other than this issue, wow, I love this game!.
Quick question. Are the speaker lights supposed to change colors or do they just stay green? I don’t think I’ve ever seen mine any color but green.
