Quoted from Coyote:
This can happen if:
The back of your ramp broken.
Frankenstein is not lowering and the lock gate is set to lock.
Check that your FrankenDude is dropping to his low setting at the start of a game.
I was able to get info from Christopher at Spooky pinball (returned email on a SATURDAY!) who got me to look at the fuse (DUH!!!!) - is that a 3A 250V for everyone else?
I can't find the proper fuse rating in the manual or by any search.
Anyhow, replaced the blown 3A 250V 3AG fuse with another 3A 250V FB 3AG fuse and Franky works exactly as I had expected - as does the Guillotine now.
Last problem - at this time - is the ball sometimes gets stuck when making the "Secret Passage" shot - underneath the upper playfield. I cannot see it. If I throw a ball up there, it knocks the stuck ball loose.
My playfield is at about 0.3 degrees L-R and about 7.2 front to back. I think there might be something jammed up in there, like a screw or something whacked out.
I'm not able to get my bendy magnet up through there to find a screw, and not sure what else I need to do aside from take the upper PF out to take a look at the ball path.
I'm not able to see any kind of obstruction from the bottom of the PF.
TIA!
