Tenants leave all sorts of crazy stuff behind sometimes.

Landlords are free to discard or sell stuff left behind on their property after a certain amount of time (normally 30 days), and after the former tenant has been notified that they left stuff behind.

The ad for posterity:

Fish Tales Pinball Machine - $1200 (Central)

Recently acquired a pinball machine from a property I manage. The tenant left without notice and this was the only thing left behind (worth mentioning, anyway). Just looking to get what I am owed out of this machine. I have no knowledge of pinball, other than playing a few games as a kid, so I can't speak to the condition but he assures me that it is working 100% and is in great shape. He also mentioned i should have no problems getting the money i need from it. Shoot me an email and I can schedule a time for you to take a look at it. I am not sure how to even turn it on (haven't looked) but if you know anything about pinballs then maybe you can turn it on and play it before making an offer. The game is titled "Fish Tales". Thanks!

Quoted from Blackbeard:

This isn't always the case and varies from State to State.
IMO just isn't worth getting involved with. All one needs to do is file a police report.

True, however, in NJ, it appears to be 30-days after notice given.

Quoted from Blackbeard:

regardless, the pin is mine now. Totally unfaded. HUO condition too.

Really? Fredonia must be about a 7hr trip each way to CNJ, and the ad was only up for less than a couple hours.

But if you got it, congrats

Ad is still up. Replay by email only.

The ad has actually been deleted. For some reason, the page is still cached for a while and is retrievable when the < / p > symbol follows the URL, after it's been posted on pinside.

Quoted from wayout440:

To reply, you hit the reply button on craigslist. Then a drop down menu appears with the email address and options. You've never utilized this on CL?

The reply button is broken on this ad, since it has been deleted. You're simply seeing a cached version right now.
