Do you need a photo of the switch or are you just looking for a part number? I can get a photo if needed.
And putting one together with parts as HowardR suggests too is fairly simple. Otherwise I am not presently sure if the one you show in the image above would work.
I can see a part number in the online manual at ipdb but can’t make it out given the poor resolution of the image. If someone has a copy of the manual, they may be able to read the part number from it and then you can see if a supplier has it. Good luck!
I think I found an option. The following switch with an EOS switch would seem to work. Talk with Steve at Pinball Resource.
