Hey guys just wanted to let everyone know that next week is going to be the first meeting of the Akron Pinball League. We're going to be running weekly knockout tournaments at least for the first few weeks to see what kind of interest level there is and then transition to a traditional 6 week league format once we have a good number of players.
I'll be rotating machine in and out so the lineup is subject to change.
Currently we've got:
Earthshaker
Iron Maiden
Jurassic Park
Dirty Harry
WWF Royal Rumble
League will be every Weds night with sign ups from 5-7 and play starting at 7:15.
We're also going to do a nightly raffle like we do at Madcap where you can buy in for $2 and get a raffle ticket and every round you win you get another ticket with the entire pot paid out at the end when the number is drawn.
This will be a casual beer league with no IFPA affiliation ever.
Free to join. All skill levels encouraged to join.
