What does the schematics say the part number should be for that one? I see other PNs on schematics but not an SC75004P.
What's the part number of the other IC?

Yes --- would be interesting to see that one.
The schematics I have seen had the old National Semiconductor 584 and 585 drivers on them, haven't ever seen the SC75004P before.
