My choice is TNA, but I am (probably) older than you. And AFM is an all-time classic.
I grew up with the Ballys from the Golden age.
TNA seems like a dream comes true.
A classic (*) layout with modern (and original) rules, great light show, LCD display, custom music, faster flow...
* meaning "no ramp" but layout is not that classic...
TNA looks awesome. While AFMr looks great it's still basically the same AFM that most of us have played for a long time now. TNA is fresh and did I mention it's awesome!
That being said my cash is tied up with Alien and I still want it...but if that ends up falling through my funds are going towards TNA.
AFM is a perfect pinball machine. It really is. That doesn't mean it automatically wins this. I have an AFM, but I don't think I would sell it to get a TNA. However, if I didn't have either game, I would probably buy a TNA right now, knowing that AFM will be an easy to find game for a long time. TNA might be hard to get at some point.
Quoted from rai:I bet Spooky will sell a lot of TNA
It is for sure looking that way. Scott is a great guy and deserves success.
AFM is a fun game, but is almost always pretty rickety when you find it on location, so AFMr plays like a dream in comparison. But still.... it's been done. TNA is fast, fun, the music is awesome, and I thought it was especially fun to play with other people, stealing their locks and such. I like that little bit of unpredictability in a multiplayer game. I loved TNA when I played it in Texas - probably my fave pin of the show. I would go with TNA, all the way.
