I don't think there is a default, though most have chosen green. Black will be second followed by a distant stainless.
It should be Martian Green. At least, that is what CGC lists as the first option on their website. Could be wrong!

I got the perfect red, also the perfect green. Why stick with the flat colors. Get somd flair
You see... I didn’t realize there were 3 colours.
I ordered mine from pinball heaven uk and was not told about options, I assumed they were all green based on the photos I see everywhere.
Will have to call in the morning and ask now, the bummer is that I gave a deposit.
I have a bad feeling about this...
