I'm doing the second pinball showdown (the first was Scared Stiff vs EHOH. Link to that topic is at the end of post), this time, it's Attack from Mars versus Revenge from Mars
What do you think, which one is better? AFM, or RFM?

I think I’ve seen this thread topic started at least 4 or 5 times since I’ve Ive been on pinside. Do we really need to go through this again?

I've had both. Still have AFM. Bought RFM to try to "scratch the itch" without paying the admission price for AFM, which at the time was $8000+. There was no "write a check and get NIB" remake yet.
I loved it for about 2-3 months, and then realized I needed my grail game, which was AFM.
That being said, I do have a soft spot for RFM and will put a few quarters in when I see one to play. It is really fun for what it is, but comparing it to AFM is like trying to keep a candle aflame in the midst of a hurricane. No chance.
