It's a double edged sword on the restoration.
If you have nothing else to work on, or another game you want to work around isn't around the bend yet, sure, enjoy it, restore it.
But, if you're not going to keep it, and you have something else you own or want that you could be restoring, restore what you want.
Time is finite. I have enough projects to last me several years that I want to work on. Unless someone is going to compensate me well for my labor, I'll work on what I want to work on
