I know all about the ongoing debate between those that like toppers and those that don't. I respect both views and don't want to get into that here. So here goes........
There's nothing cheesier than 50's sci-fi movie special effects. So in keeping with that theme , here is my "Tacky Attack From Mars Topper"
Pretty cool topper.
I think it would look even better if the top dome glass piece matched the saucer base size a little better.
Overall cool effect. Can you see the alien head shadows cast on the ceiling?
I tried an actual saucer on the bottom of what you see here and didn't really care for it for some reason. This way it somewhat resembles what George Jetson flew. Lol. Next step is to incorporate it into game play. I tried to tie it into the flashing of the strobe light but it wasn't feasible. I may try to get it to operate in conjunction with the jumping of the Martian figurines next.
