I have an issue with my AFM target motor not working. I changed both switches, went into switch test and tested both multiple times and they register. When I test the motor I get nothing. It it says that both switches are broken and yes, the coin door is closed when I test the motor.
Put a meter on the motor - getting power ? Or hook the motor up to a separate power source - does it turn over ?
Not much there, motor or power. One isn't working.
If power then bad motor. No power then go over the small board the motor plugs onto nearby - power to the board ? power off the board ?
Power to board but not off - check board for loose parts broken traces etc.
No power to the board ? Then work your way back to the power driver board and figure where it stops.
