0 ohm resistors or jumpers go to w1-w4.
You will also need to remove the connection between D7 and D8 if they are linked together.
It was a mistake on the PSPA boards.

Usually they are solid white.
What do they read with a DMM in ohms?
I just used a wire from a resistor.
