Hello! I've been helping a friend with an Aerosmith and their toybox is not working properly. The lid seems to open alright but when multiball starts, the balls don't move, the motor isn't lifting them.
So I put it in test mode and it says "moving to switch 36" (alternates between 36 and 37) for a few seconds then just says the test failed. I looked at the motor to see if is even trying and it looks like nothing is happening.
Had anyone had this before? Is the motor just dead? If so, where can we find a new one?
