Wow, I would hate That! My LE might have missed the toy box 10% when it was open, set on default, mostly overshot. I turned the diverter power down and seems much better but I only went down to 190. I wonder if your coils pulse is set on high. Default is normal and you could try setting to soft. Have you checked the leveling of the machine? Have you set the power to an extreme so that it doesn't work and then come up in power, I did that with the elevator scoop just to make sure I had the right setting. I would be looking into the alignment of the diverter plunger, maybe somthing is loose or more likely got bent.
