You have a switch stuck closed somewhere. Whether it shows on the screen or not.
You sure in switch test on the screen no switches are closed that should be open ? Maybe have the game in switch test and hit every switch in the game to see if they all work, none are slow or sluggish on the return. Anything on coin door shorting to anything inside game when coin door is closed ?
