im guessing some where in this thread, its been discussed, i got my pro yesterday played about 20 games, toy box seemed fine other than the kickout was shooting the ball beyond the box 1/3 of the time, so today i got home played another 10 games or so and the toy box lid would not stay open, when i went into coil tests, i have nothing on the lid hold test, has this happened to others?
waiting to hear back from stern.

nothing at all, the lift coil was very hot to the touch, interesting enough when the coil cooled down it worked again,

Quoted from pkrobin:Nothing or nothing visible? (expect to hear a click or hum but it shouldn't move much if at all. Its just a hold to keep the lid up once its up).

Quoted from Pinballology:

Well, they might have another customer hoping on the wagon. I was planning on ordering a Metallica Monsters Premium on Monday.....Cointaker has it $800 les than what I was looking at. Can anyone verify how fast they ship? I just might have to "walk that way", haha.

she has shipped all my games within a couple days of doing the transaction.

Quoted from crazypinballguy:

My wife was playing our Pro the other day and this piece (see pics) just "magically" appeared out of nowhere on the playfield.
I can't figure it out where it came from.
Thought maybe inside the toy box but didn't seem to fit. I also checked the manual but didn't see anything that looked similar.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

yes it goes inside the lid of the toy box, its to aid in the reflection of the back lighting that was installed in the toy box it came with the kit.
not sure if it really makes a huge difference, if installed or not.
