I thought the same thing at first about the skateboard, but I think it’s one of the toys that goes in the box? Still nothing to do with AS unless Steven Tyler shreds on the weekends!

I own AS and have played KISS extensively at league. They have a similar layout but the shots are very different save for the center shot. Even the orbits are slightly different. And the Starchild shot is one of the tightest shots in pinball!
