If they just added this adjustment it’s funny, because Spike games do no longer have a coindoor(interlock) switch. The only two spike games wich have one are WWE and Kiss.

Ok, gotcha. Well there are a few settings in Spike games wich are still related to SAM hardware like fastboot and some Q driver(knocker) setting.

I can feel your pain 
if they would at least disable the auto launcher while in menu... This should be an easy one...
