My would-have-been-distro said he's out of stock again so I'm taking that as an omen to just relax & enjoy my other toys/hobbies.
I feel a combination of dirty & stupid for ignoring Stern's behavior with QC, code & piss poor communication.
To gamble $5,200 on a game from a manufacturer bold enough to say clearcoat separating from the PF on a NIB game is normal... that's not something I feel warm/fuzzy about.
When the PF issues arose we all wanted to see Stern post an official stance on the problem. Well, they did. Right on the cover of the SW manual. Their "letter" was a total bullshit statement that addressed nothing.
I'm just gonna update my 2017 Golden Tee to the new 2018 courses for a reasonable $500 next month, which by the way I play 10compared to pinball, then buy a HUO Aerosmith this fall when something better than Star Wars shakes a few Aerosmith's loose from collectors.
As an added bonus maybe by then the switches will have sound effects?
