I agree - in a new game it isn't something you want, but you can't exclude CV and TOTAN because that is exactly what happened then. Either don't take a risk buying a NIB, buy a used one you look over first, or pass. Even new pf manufacturers have minor defects such as mirco's initial clear jobs and CPRs insert problems (which seem to be fixed)
