Whenever I get multi ball I have the problem of balls (2) getting lodged in the elevator. Any body else experiencing this problem? Any suggestions on how to correct this? Really tends to tick one off especially when you are doing well and then you have to take the glass down to free them and the game times out.
I have a pro and usually when 2 balls get in the elevator at the same time, after a couple of VUK fires, they come out. Sometimes they may not trigger the switch, in that case a little nudge will usually get one to drop and then problem is solved. So far I've never had to take the glass off to fix it.

Been through that to no avail. They tend to jam after the VUK fires. Balls lock sideways.
