Hi again!
Every now and then the ball will launch into the toybox, and a new ball is supposed to be loaded and auto plunged from the shooter lane. But mine will just go through ball search and eventually just dump the ball that i just shot in the toybox...?
I have cleaned the box opto’s, but still having the issue. Not sure if its a box problem or ball feeder to shooter lane issue?
Any advice?

Did you re-seat the connectors under the toybox? There are two of them and the loosen over time.
Need some long-nosed pliers or really skinny fingers to push them in.
