I have a Stern Dracula that I am putting back together that had a trashed backglass. I bought one of these, a translite. What is the best way to install this, or best looking way to install it. Someone had said sandwich it between 2 thin pieces of glass. Opinions, ideas?

Not sure its the best way, but I bought 2 sheets of thin Lexan at Lowes, cut and sandwiched in-between
which gave me the same thickness as the glass, then added the lift bar and side trim. Or you could just scrap off the
old paint on the glass and install like a regular translate.

Why not install it like most translites, using plastic trim around the edges? Pinball Life has several different ones.

Size is much bigger/taller than most modern games and the translite tends not stay flush with the glass/lexan.

I have seen the sandwiched approach look prettt nice on a couple backglasses/marquees. I had one with glass and did not like having 2 pieces of such thin glass to worry about all the time. I would say 2 thin lexan sheets (or polycarbonate).
