The area around the spinning disks gets worn out on most WWs.
From the pics it looks like that is most definitely the case. I do believe there are decal sets for both the discs and the surrounding area to address this however.

Looking at those pics its hard to say what id pay but my guess is youre going to need to put in some work inside and out if you want it looking nice. Ive seen nicer ones than this example go for around 2500.
