So I "fixed" this about 3 years ago using quick wood and it didn't hold up due to the strength of the magnet. It started chipping away a little at a time under the Mylar.

What is the best method to fill this in? I want this fix to hold up for a long time.

Thanks

Erik

I would make a plug from wood that is as close in size as possible. Glue in, sand smooth, paint, spot clear.
