Back in 2010, virtual pinball was already making good use of colour LCD technology, and one of the first games I produced using this tech was a soft porn version of Joker Poker. I added 2 full strips of 2 very nice eastern European ladies (I found randomly on the interweb). The rules are simple - the better you play, the more the girl would undress. Which girl strips for your seedy pleasure is your choice at the start of the game.
Thankfully, this is the only porn game I've produced. Sorry Joker Poker!

Kind of a running joke at my place.. what naked lady did dad bring home now. Where are the gazongas... swore there was no naked lady on D&D when I brought it home.. so my son was quick to point out I lied with the female armoured fighter.. it's like there is no slack here at all.. I went to art school darn it.. this stuff is natural for me

I seem to recall seeing a one off custom machine that was transparent and had a pair of legs that you would stand between to simulate fucking it while playing. I can't find any pics of it now but it definitely existed at one point in time.
There is a modded Playboy machine with a pair of bronze legs attached to the front but this isn't the one I'm thinking of.
