Not looking for explicit photos of such games, if you want to provide a link, that's one thing. If someone wants to find out about one of these games, i think we all know how to do that. Not trying to get this sent to the basement. Just trying to learn what was made.

Also, some have modified the playfield on Bally's Playboy making in no longer an "Entertainment for All" pinball machine.
Sopranos for language. Playboy BLY, Playboy Stern, Sexy Girl, Creature PF with nips maybe there are a some that have some crude humor but do not really think of them as adult only just for a more mature audience.
The theme to Big Bang Bar is based on an alien singles nightclub/brothel in outer space. Big Bang, get it? 
The voice calls are packed with sexual innuendo and campy humor. A sexy female voice cooing "More to left" indicating to hit the outside loop. Then if you hit that shot she amorously coos again "Ooooooh, that's good". When jackpot is lit you hear a woman peaking towards orgasm shout "GO FOR THE JACKPOT!" - There's much more but I don't want to write a book.
It has a Tube Dancer/Stripper and Ray's Ball Busters. There are two alien bar patrons in the upper back right corner that you load balls individually into their mouths. When completed they turn around from the bar and puke the balls into the habitrail.
Some of the modes are: Babe Scanner -Catch the Waitress - Happy Hour - Get Lucky - and Mosh a Go Go. The DMD match sequence at the end is a wobbling drunk alien that pukes the number.
No profanity but it is the definitive adults only production machine I'm aware of. And with my adolescent sense of humor I think its hysterical.
the alt translight/backglasses are cool. i know someone that has a Mata Hari with a topless girl. i was more thinking along the line of Sexygirl full blown adults only. Whether its a one off, or some kind of conversion kit. Yeah playboy with the nude inserts probably would count also.

I'm curious how many 90s Williams have a family mode and what that changes. The other night I was looking through the menus on BSD and I noticed there was a family mode. The only thing I noticed that it changed was the multiplier animation didn't have the girl moaning.

JK. It was a conversion kit offered in the early 80's but was scrapped due to the playfields being routed wrong. Only the prototypes and 3 kits remained. suppose to be 150 total and was scrapped and pitched in the trash.

Bally's Revenge from Mars has a family mode as well. It stops the Martians from saying "I want your melons"

My Junk Yard has a family mode, but not for explicit language. It just eliminates the grunts when you shoot the toilet ramp.

Many games have Adult Mode and/or profanity ROMs for adult audio. Metallica come with warnings on the flyer when you open the box. And it will drop some bombs on you. T2 - FU A-hole, MM - who the F are you . . .

Speaking of moaning, CFTBL has some moaning when you drop the coins.
And surely, someone mentioned BOP. The image of the space capsule aimed at the robot's special place makes me smile everytime.

Yes, the regular ROM say "Who the F<bleep> are you". There is a profanity ROM that removes the <bleep>. Then it adds a setting to have adult mode on or off. That is the only difference with the entire ROM.
