I have a Lethal Weapon 3 game and under the adjustments menu, it gives you the option to alter how the flash lamps operate. This is adjustment 35 in the expanded adjustments menu. Options are ON (which keeps them flashing normally), DIM (which flashes them at 25% less power than normal) and OFF (which is supposed to turn the flash lamps off).

My game doesn't shut the flash lamps off though when I select OFF in this adjustments menu. I am seeing the option change and then when I advance through the menu it has accepted the change, but I don't see any change in the operation of the flash lamps when I play the game next.

Am I misunderstanding something here? I thought it seemed pretty straightforward. I wanted to tone down the flash lamps as I find it very hard to play in my poorly lit room as it gets blinding and dizzying and I'd just as soon not end up having a fricking seizure in my living room, thanks.

Any ideas?
