Working on this Scorpion, and I'm having an issue where the backbox door on the right hand sad seems to have "Sagged" for a lack of a better term, and so when you put the backglass on, the displays do not lineup. Anyone come up with a good way to adjust the door to get back aligned. The Left Side Displays line up fine, so I'm not quite sure if there is any adjustment or not.
Any Tips would be apprecaited!
I would assume that your screw holes where the hinge attaches might have become enlongated/stripped, allowing the sag. You can always try loosening the screws, adjusting the door as needed, and then tighten. If the holes have indeed gotten larger/stripped, you will need some toothpicks and wood glue to get some new wood in there for the screws to bite on.
Has the door really sagged or has the bottom panel of the backbox sagged? You should be able to tell by taking something that you know is straight - like a yardstick - and laying it along the bottom of the backbox - or stick a speed square in the corner of the backbox and see if it is square.
If the backbox is sagging, you may need to replace the bottom of the backbox, or, pull it square using clamps and inject some titebond wood glue in the sagging area to pull the plys of the wood together.
