Man was I reluctant to try this, but in the end, appreciation is owed! This worked like a charm on my Whirlwind & Earthshaker! Thank you MRGREGB123 and everyone who contributed to this fix!

Quoted from KenLayton:On a Pinbot I just worked on, we kept it incandescent flashers because it used so many 1251 (28 volts) bulbs.
Or just rewire them (in pairs), in series, and use #89 LED's. All the 1251 flasher circuits in Pinbot are in pairs or quads, except for the "eyeball" saucer flashers. You can even eliminate 2 of the 4 flashers under "the sun" insert with 2 8-SMD LED's, and its even brighter than the 4 1251's, and pulls 1/20th the power draw from your PS.
Almost everything stated above would also apply to F14 and all other System 11/A games.
