I recently got a TSPP. I would like to add some characters to the machine. What should I use to keep the characters upright without damaging the plastic it would be sitting on?
Museum putty, aka Earthquake putty.
Sticks very well, even to very smooth plastic, removes no problem no residue, re-useable, very cheap.

How about just leaving it as is? Maybe replace the characters that are already there with alternate versions but don't add a bunch of random characters all over. I even saw a DE Simpsons that had characters glued on top of the glass! Had a buddy that would add stuff to any game to the point where it blocked your view and made it hard to play but he always bragged about how great his games looked.
