Addams: shooter too short after rebuild?

I rebuilt my shooter with a new sleeve, inner and outer spring, washers, clip and a tip. Now the tip won’t protrude through the apron. It was functioning before the rebuild - I only rebuilt it “while I was in there” doing other stuff.

Any ideas?

The shooter housing is not a real Williams one if that matters...

Only thing I can think of is the outside spring is somehow too long but it’s the same one I’ve used on many pins...

The tip should be at the end of the housing.

Looks like you put a Stern one on there. Which is too long for Addams.
