Compared to the pictures you posted where the wings on the pin are not making good contact with the wire- barely hanging on. Not a problem currently but over time it definitely will be.
I have done more than 9,400 crimps in the past year alone for homebrew, knocker kits and my reproduction toppers... I pointed out he is crushing the terminal stop and locking tang in the transition section of the pin but to no avail.
Learn the anatomy and terminology of molex connectors. Watch videos, practice on spare wire, get it done perfectly with accuracy and precision, then start working on the real deal.
He will get this done some day and hopefully have more joy playing TAF than anyone.
