Only if it is actually severing the ground braid somehow. Otherwise, it's fine. Maybe a little ugly, but some of the wiring from the factory was ugly on occasion.

will try again tomorrow. trying to match the pictures exactly. I also think I will take the legs off. maybe it will be a little easier lower
It will work, but instead of doing the continuous I would have separate pieces going to the playfield mounts, transformer, backbox and speaker coming off the horizontal main lines if that makes sense and would have run the back of cabinet high enough to go under back screen instead of V shape there just to have a cleaner look but at the end of the day what you have done will work fine.
the next steps once this is done..
>>Install lightboard latches/hinges if you haven't already.
install speaker panel brackets and finish the speaker panel if not done already.
Install the boards into the head. Install the interconnect board into the cabinet.>>

So, the drunken monkey finally got some help with a steadier hand and this is half the result. how does that look so far?[quoted image][quoted image]
Looks great!
Remember, its funtional, not art.
What you have done so far should work well enough.
Make sure you get some braid to go to the sidedail pegs at the front of the siderails,
Its the pegs only fuctuion...
