This is a Illinois Pinball Addams reproduction playfield. This playfield is a screened playfield not a cheap inkjet model that the artwork comes off and the clear pools. It was purchased new between 2004 and 2006. It was store flat in a climate controlled basement. While I am sure no playfields are perfect, I do not see any issues with this one - let me know if you want more pictures or if you have questions.
