Hi I have an Addams Family machine which is showing - Missing Pinball Error when I try to start a game.

The three balls are in the through, I've tried the test and the central and left through are working, I replaced the right through switch and diode but still has the error. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Many thanks Joe.

Jumper across the switch contacts in switch test to see if that switch registers. Pull the connector on the CPU/MPU board and inspect and/or replace the pins for that switch input into the board. Any battery alkaline corrosion? Batteries “leaking”?

Hi, theres no battery corrosion and they have been replaced. What number connector is it on the CPU/MPU board?
The switch doesn't register for the "right through" although the switch & diode have been replaced.

Are there any other switches not working? Switches are daisy chained together by column and rows. Could be a broken wire at the next switch. Pull out the manual and have a look at the switch matrix. Check all other switches that share a row and column with the non working one.

Ok I will have a look and check the switches that share a row.
The kickout switch that puts the ball into the shooter alley at the start of a game isn't working aswell.

Thanks
