    My lamp matrix is completely out on my Addams family,
    I have checked fuse F114 and not blown.
    Any suggestion on what to check?

    And I remove the play field and reinstalled it after I moved it up stairs and now lamp matrix out.

    Yes there is 18v at the TP8,

    when I test DC Volts at pins J137 I get 0 volts.

    Does this mean problem with column transistors?

    i tired the reseat with the ribbon cable, still no lamps.
