My lamp matrix is completely out on my Addams family,
I have checked fuse F114 and not blown.
Any suggestion on what to check?

And I remove the play field and reinstalled it after I moved it up stairs and now lamp matrix out.

Test DC voltage at TP8. It should be 18V.

Then, test DC voltage at one of the pins on say, J137. It will depend on how your DMM reads the pulsed power, but will probably read something like 3V.

If both of these read correctly, that means you're getting power and that the column transistors are doing their job. If one of those are incorrect, it will point us toward the problem. Next steps would be to check if the row transistors are being driven properly, but that's not quite as easy as the columns. I'll await your answer.

If you are seeing 18v, you can reseat the ribbon cable from the mpu to the driver board. This fixed a similar issue I had on my funhouse.

Yes there is 18v at the TP8,

when I test DC Volts at pins J137 I get 0 volts.

Does this mean problem with column transistors?

i tired the reseat with the ribbon cable, still no lamps.

It's not likely that all of them failed at the same time. More likely would be a problem with the column strobe signal. You've already checked the ribbon, but possibly the connector on either side could have a cracked solder joint. Beyond that, it will likely be difficult to find unless you have a logic probe.

Most likely issue? Recheck everything you unplugged to remove the playfield.

Unplug, recheck for any bent pins, replace. Double check.

Looks like your J103 in the top right corner of the driver board is not connected?
