Has anyone ever heard of this? Looks like GAP is selling it on eBay for $15,500. There is no plaque or certificate for the machine that I can see. They didn't include any photos under the playfield or of the boards. It has the extra ball buy in button on the cabinet.

Right. TAF was released in 1992 and SE in 94. Some of the last production TAF were built with gold cabinet. 1994 SE taf had a new playfield and small change on software so I’m not sure we could talk about a prototype where 22000 production games were sold and design prod. finalized.
I would have doubt with no number.
